Debbie Towers


Debbie Towers has a background in banking, sales and management roles and had been self-employed for many years.

In the latter part of the 2000s she had three teenage children at home and wanted to work in an industry that allowed flexibility, personal growth and no income capping.

A conversation with a friend who was with Harcourts Kevin Deane Real Estate in Cambridge, inspired her to make the move into Real Estate as it complemented her passions for property and interior design. Debbie was part of the first group that completed their Salespersons training online through the Harcourts Academy, rather than the Open Polytechnic.

Qualifying in 2009, Debbie’s Real Estate career started in a downward Real Estate market. Debbie committed herself and worked through the lean times, setting clear goals and achieving them.

Debbie appreciates the excellent training and ongoing support from KDRE and Harcourts.

Moving into her ninth year as a Salesperson, Debbie has achieved No1 in KDRE, Top 20 in Harcourts Central Region, has built a solid referral business and realised over 45 million in sales.
