Murray Tucker
Sales Consultant

Murray was born in Wellington, as he says, a long time ago. He was educated at Tawa school and Mana college before starting a working career in sales and marketing.

In 1970 he and Heather were married and purchased their first home just north of Wellington in Paremata. This sparked his interest in real estate so he entered the industry initially in Johnsonville, then as branch manager in Paraparaumu. The industry is very demanding on time and as they were starting a family they made the decision to change to a more family friendly occupation.  So a long career started mainly in the automotive, gas equipment, and plumbing manufacturing industries. His roles included business development, sales management, export, and marketing management and resulted in business trips all over the world.

In the late 1980's Murray and Heather decided to change their focus and moved the family to the Waikato and settled in Cambridge. Murray enjoyed his time in real estate and always intended to come back to it when the time was right, so the move back has now been made. His main interest is motor sport and of course Heather, their children, their spouses and partners, and their children. All are living in Cambridge.

John Murray
Rural Sales Consultant

John grew up on his parents sheep farm in Walton. After leaving secondary school, John gained further agricultural qualifications and settled down to manage the family farm running 2400 ewes, 300 beef cattle as well as growing maize.  A change in direction in the late 80’s resulted in the farm being converted to a dairy unit and 530 cows were milked by a 50/50 sharemilker.

Married to Kaye and with two daughters, Emma and Samantha, John embarked on a career in rural real estate in 2000 working out of Harcourts Morrinsville office.
